80kg-150kg Programmable 4way Evotech Hoist

Welcome to Brig-Ayd’s video demonstration. We are introducing Brig Ayd’s new Evotech Programmable Hoist.

It is powered by the vehicle’s battery and has the capability to lift from 80 up to 150 kilos. It can be fitted in estate, multi-purpose family vehicles and 4 by 4 vehicles.

The Evotech Hoist has unique features, which allows the user to easily programme a loading cycle. Users can pre-set a loading position for your wheelchair or scooter, then the hoist will load them into your car accurately as programmed.

To programme the loading position, you need to first load your wheelchair or scooter in the correct place in your vehicle, by using the UP, DOWN, IN, and OUT, buttons on the handset. Once the arm of the hoist is in the correct position, Press and Hold both the IN and OUT buttons on the handset simultaneously for 5 seconds until the indication light flashes.

Now the loading position has been recorded into the control box of the hoist, from now on, each time when loading the wheelchair or scooter, the hoist’s arm will stop at the perfect position as programmed.

The loading position can always be reset as many times as you require. Once the loading cycle is finished, you can remove the spreader bar and re-press the IN button on the handset, this will drive the hoist arm in even further to achieve a clearer view in the vehicle’s rear-view mirror.

When the hoist is not in use the handset clips nicely onto the bracket on the hoist arm. The hoist will automatically switch off, if no button has been pressed in the last 25 seconds.
